Virunga Lodge

The magnificent Virunga Lodge, is the luxury gorilla experience in Rwanda and one of Africa’s finest and most renowned lodges. Bwindi Lodge

Overlooking the primeval Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Bwindi Lodge is the finest gorilla lodge at Bwindi. With dramatic intense views of the forest canopy across a serene stream, it is one of Africa’s unique lodges. Guests can track the gorillas, take a tea tour, visit Bwindi Bar and explore the lodge’s beautiful gardens and estate.

Kyambura Gorge Lodge

Kyambura Gorge Lodge is part of the unique Kyambura Gorge Ecotourism Project set up by the Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust to help safeguard the chimps and habitat of Kyambura Gorge. Guests can explore the huge estate as well as participate in conservation and community activities. You can also plant a tree in the buffer zone!

The lodge is on the edge of Queen Elizabeth National Park and adjacent to the Kyambura Gorge, with spectacular views over the park to the Rwenzori Mountains. It is the perfect place to stay for game drives, a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, and to track the lost chimps of Kyambura Gorge.

Mount Gahinga Lodge

Mount Gahinga Lodge is a stunning luxury adventure lodge hidden in the southern corner of Uganda. It is the ideal base for gorilla tracking on the Ugandan side of the Virungas. You can also track the rare golden monkey, climb a volcano and walk through local villages. Most of all you can share the culture of the Batwa, the oldest inhabitants of the Central African rain forest at the Gahinga Batwa Village set up by the Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust.

All Volcanoes lodges have been recently upgraded, with a choice of standard or deluxe rooms available. Covid protocols have also been introduced.

The offer is valid from 1 October - 15 December 2021. This tariff is applicable to EA and DRC residents only. The rate includes full board accommodation and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages to be paid on consumption. Only food and drinks purchased on site are allowed to be consumed at the lodge. (Please note all payments have to be made by credit cards. We do not accept cash at the lodges).
Children between 6 and 15 years old stay at $50 per person per night. Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge.
